"We introduced Sales Blueprint to Mintec to work with the management team to improve the conversion ratio from the significant number of leads generated via the marketing department and grow monthly revenues beyond historical levels. After a short piece of diagnostic work designed to understand whether the marketing work was indeed as strong as we thought and what was need from a sales perspective to drive improvements, they delivered a series of helpful recommendations, chief amongst which were improved qualification of leads and a redesigned sales process.
Mintec’s management then asked them to help implement these including training the sales team on how to execute the new sales process most effectively.
In the eighteen months since then monthly revenues have more than doubled and remained consistently high for the past year. Mintec has also expanded its international footprint and significantly increase its number of customers.
As a result we recently realised a very healthy exit delivering a 12x money multiple and an IRR of 80%.
