When one of our portfolio companies was experiencing lower levels of growth than originally planned, we asked Sales Blueprint to spend some time with the management and, ultimately the wider sales team, to help identify the reasons for this and to recommend the most effective route to address them.
After a short piece of work they make some telling observations, particular around the approach to sales management and the understanding of genuine sales capacity.
Crucially, they were able to engage with management to ensure that any recommendations were received positively and would therefore be more likely to be implemented.
