We were introduced to Sales Blueprint by our investors as part of our plans to create a new business development team to spearhead Lifeways next phase of growth.
From the outset we found their approach refreshing and honest and they were not afraid to challenge some of our initial thoughts. Through a process of careful assessment they helped us arrive at the right make-up for the new team and then worked with us closely to develop the skills and sales tools necessary to help them succeed. This has included understanding and improving our focus on the key selling activities, something we had previously not anticipated having to do. As none sales people originally recruited for a completely different role they have helped the team develop the right planning, approach and most appropriate behaviours in an environment where more typical sales techniques would most certainly have failed and I am pleased to say we are enjoying record growth today.
We have now asked them to help develop the skills of some of our operational people to enable them to take advantage of the business opportunities that they come across in their day-to-day activities and fuel additional growth for the future.
