Finding consultants who can genuinely add value to the work we do is never easy. However we have found the Sales Blueprint approach refreshing, very informative and most importantly, it delivers. In the first business we worked on together sales increased by 20%, resulting in a healthy return when the business was sold the following year. In the second we saw the sales team's productivity and results improve by 50%. Whilst no panacea, when the circumstances are right their input represents a valuable resource to our investment portfolio and one that we are looking to use increasingly often in the future.
