We engaged Sales Blueprint to help us with the transition from relying on a small number of sales people to creating a national sales force. Amongst the challenges we faced was how to allow our top performing sales people to make the change to sales management whilst maintaining the monthly figures and building the new team's capability to deliver for the future.
After four months I am delighted to say that the team now knows exactly how to modify its sales activity to ensure it delivers its number every month. As a result the pipeline is significantly healthier than it has been before and sales are up 40% so far this year. The sales managers are now in a position to look for ways to help the team over-perform each month and I look forward to the rest of the year with the confidence that we will continue to achieve our targets.
